Bastian brings a broad range of skills as strategist, learning designer, virtual producer, and facilitator. Driven by curiosity, compassion, and purpose, his years of experience in international development, organizational transformation, and humanitarian response have molded his deep passion for equity, global collaboration, and meaningful impact.
He is based in Valencia, Spain, and holds an MA in International Relations and European Politics from universities in Bath, Berlin, and Paris, and has a BA in Political Science and Public Administration, with studies in Konstanz and Barcelona. From the United Nations and national government to diplomatic mission, non-governmental organization, the private sector, academic research, and international correspondence in broadcasting media, Bastian has intercultural work experience in Europe, the United States, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
He is fluent in English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.
